Prepare -
- chicken cuts - 2 lb
Add coconut milk mixture ( 160 g coconut milk powder with one cup water) to cooked ingredients and continue stirring.
Cooking Steps
Begin, by saute onions, garlic, lemon grass, chilli in 5 tbs cooking oil in a large skillet in medium heat until fragrant.
Add yellow curry paste (available in commercial packaging) and continue frying until fragrant.
Add chicken meat and continue frying. For flavor, add:- 3 tbs chicken stock brand, 3 tbs fish sauce, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tbs palm sugar.
Add bean curd sheets and tomato, and combine well. Continue cooking.
Yellow curry chicken is flavorsome.
Ready for serving.
