TOMATO CURRY CHICKEN ©





Tomatoes chicken are delectable dishes and goes well with white steam rice or over boiled Kueh Tiaw noodles (flat rice flour noodles).


Ingredients and Preparation for 4

Prepare chicken meat. 
Prepare slices of large onions, carrots, tomatoes, garlic, potatoes. 













Cooking Steps

Fry large onions and garlic in cooking oil in a wok over medium heat until fragrant. 
Add chicken meat and fry briefly. Add carrots, tomaotes, potatoes, and continue frying. For flavour, add:- 2 tbs chicken stock brand, 1 tbs salt, 4 tbs tomato ketchup, 1 tbs sugar, 1/2 tsp pepper.


Continue stirring and frying.




Add 2 cups of water, and cover with top, leave to simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

Tomato curry chicken is flavorsome, and is ready for serving.
